Purpose and scope
JovialSight Chinese is an independent educational resource hub for Singapore Chinese learning and teaching. It publishes learning guides, education information, tool instructions, teaching-material introductions and class announcements. These terms cover the main website; linked tools, purchases and other platforms may have additional applicable terms.
主站提供独立整理的学习与教学资源；工具和商品可能另有适用条款。
Educational information and results
Our articles and tools support learning; they do not guarantee particular grades or examination results. JovialSight Chinese is not an official MOE or SEAB website and does not claim their endorsement. Policy summaries, examination arrangements and eligibility information should be checked against the latest official announcements for the relevant year and subject level. Sources and review dates help readers check information, but do not guarantee that every change has already been reflected. Please let us know about errors.
教学建议不保证成绩；考试安排和资格以相应年份、程度的 MOE／SEAB 最新公告为准。
Using our free articles
Unless a particular page states otherwise, you may print our original free articles for personal study, display them in teaching, and quote reasonable short extracts with credit to JovialSight Chinese and a link to the original page. Please keep attribution and do not suggest our endorsement. This permission does not allow full-article republication, redistribution in compiled resource packs, or resale without written permission. It does not license our software, paid materials or third-party images and content. Third-party rights and any uses permitted by applicable law remain unaffected.

Tools, AI and responsible use
Use tools lawfully and follow any tool-specific conditions. Do not disrupt services, attempt unauthorised access or submit information you are not entitled to share. Automated or AI-generated feedback may be inaccurate and should be checked using your own judgement and, where appropriate, a teacher’s guidance. It is not an official examination mark. Features may be corrected, changed or withdrawn; where paid access exists, the applicable purchase terms also govern. Check each tool’s privacy notice before submitting text or recordings.
AI 反馈仅作学习参考，并非正式考试评分；不要提交无权分享的资料或干扰服务。
Shop, paid materials and upcoming classes
Our branded shop is hosted by Fourthwall. Product descriptions and the applicable shop and checkout terms set out availability, permitted use, delivery and refund arrangements. The permission for free articles above does not extend to purchased materials. Introductions to planned resources or classes are not confirmation that they are available to buy or book. Check the current product or class announcement before acting. Nothing in these website terms excludes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
购买、授权、交付及退款以适用的商品和结账条款为准；筹备介绍不代表已开放购买或报名。

Links to official sources, social channels and other websites are provided for reference. We do not control third-party content or availability; their applicable terms and privacy policies also apply. We may update these website terms as the service changes and will show the revision date. Changes to this page do not by themselves replace the terms agreed for an earlier purchase.
